The reverse side of the licence for opium-smoking.

Conditions,

1st, once a day opium may be bought,

2nd, Every time no more than is stated in the buying-card may be bought: except on the days preceding those on which the opiumshop will be closed, when double that quantity may be bought.

3rd. Opium is to be bought only at the shop(s) named in the

buying-card,

4th. The dross of the opium is to be delivered back only at the

opium-shop named in the buying-card.

5th. It is forbidden to possess more opium and dross of it then is

mentioned in the buying-cerd.

6th. The opium and the dross of it

aro not allowed to be preserved

outside the house, shed, abode or vossel, which is (are) not named sub E.

7th. It is forbiddon to transport cpium and the dross of it outside

the subdistrict(s) (1) named sub c.

th. Then purchasing and transporting opium or transporting the

dross of it the relative buying-card has to be brought with

1t.

9th. When the holder of this licenco romovos, notico shall be

given to the official, who has oharge of the issue of the Licences,

loth. It is forbidden to change or to make illegible words, letters

figures and stamps upon the licence and also to remove or to change photographs attached to them, 11th. The licence is not allowed to be given to other persons. 12th. It is forbidden to give opium to parsons, who oro not

nuthorized to receive it by virtuo of the licence.

13th. The buying-oard is not allowed to be used for buying opium

on behalf of persons who are not authorized to receive it by virtue of the relative licence.

The license and the buying-card are to be shown when officials of

the Regie, of the Customs or of the Police ask for it.
